The Microsoft .NET Framework 3 is a new codenamed coding model for Windows®, which combines the power of .NET. The .NET Framework version 2.0 includes new technologies for creating demanding applications for visually impaired communication, broad range of technologies, and the ability to support a variety of business processes. These new technologies include Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Workflow Foundation and Windows CardSpace. The .NET Framework 3 is part of the Windows Vista operating system.
